First January Weigh In.

So I've been back on my diet one week and I've lost four pounds, which is pretty much what I gained over Christmas, I'm mostly happy with that, I had hoped to loose a bit more but four pounds is better than nothing =]
I've signed up to a HIIT class and Robert has said as long as finances are ok I can join the gym at the end of the month.
So hopefully I will loose more weight and keep it up =]
